Teenagers want to talk more to their parents about sex

A study by author and agony aunt Anita Naik found three-quarters of 11-to- 14-year-olds wished it was easier to talk to their parents about sex.... BBC News on-line reports on this in full today on http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/education/7521443.stm and includes a short video of mums and daughters as vox pops.

How come the kids blogs and Myspace are full of reports of perving teachers?

'Through ongoing debate and exploration during the project, members of the project team have challenged the pervasive images of romantic love and life-long monogamy portrayed by
the lesbian and gay characters in the children¹s books used in project schools'

Yeah like, last year it was two gay daddies, this year in primary school, it is an orgy.

The NUT & FPA are on a pro-pedo nutjob campaign.

Why did the Terence Higgins Trust name a prize after Ian Dunn?

It seems as if every other teacher is a pedophile these days.

Whoooooah! The point the article makes is that more teenagers want to talk to their parents! That's all.

Mmmm. "Interesting" observations and statistics!
